Service was excellent ... Rachel the cashier greeted me as soon as I came through the door was quick in assisting me with my order food came out fast no problems with the food I'd gladly come back again.

I have always has a good experience here except the couple of times that Shannon messed up on my breakfast order. Bit what she gave me was still food so I ate it without complaining. Life is too short to short to let something like the wrong breakfast sandwich to ruin your day. I see people in line constantly complaing about the customer service. Yet they continue to go back and then post negative comments on line. I have always had great customer service at this particular store. The employees are always super sweet to me and the other customers around me. I am so glad y'all opened up in Lake Butler. Keep up the good work.

The steak and ale pie and fish and chips were delicious. They have generous size d cocktails at decent price. Service was easy going. Very relaxed atmosphere. Great variety of drinks and food just like what a good pub should have.
