A favorite location for American food. I love visiting here. There was quick and friendly service.

This is a very good local restaurant. Food, especially the chicken, is awesome. Friendly service and great prices. Breakfast is great too.

It's an old, well serviced place that cares about pleasing their customers. Excellent food. Old-styled cooking!????cash only preferred!!! Crooks beware????????????????????????!

Cash only. I stop here regularly for their fried chicken, which I think is the best in the area. It's marinated, dipped in seasoned batter, then pressure deep fried - comes out crispy, hot, and delicious. When I get the 8 piece combo (2 ea; breast, legs, thighs, wings & 2 large sides $20) for takeout the drumsticks (legs) don't make it out of the parking lot.

Daily specials. I've only had the Country Fried Steak, serving was more than I should have eaten but just too good to stop. Salisbury steak covered with thick onion gravy, lots if real onions. Real mashed potatoes n gravy and seasoned green beans are my favorite sides, but there's others to choose from. (I keep meaning to try other specials... but the fried chicken is soooo good.)

Expect excellent service whether you sit at counter or a table. Wait and bus staff always personable and helpful.
