KFC

Customer Service/ Service was GREAT..I ordered family of hot wings, and when I got home I thought the red sauce was the hot sauce flavoring but after my company ate a few more found out that the cooks (who said "12 minutes they will be ready") and was Well under cook... I called and went back to the restaurant and asked them to keep the new order of wings (for free) for 14 minutes (2 minutes longer than before), and it came out PERFECTLY BETTER THAN THE 1ST ORDER...

This three piece spicy dark big box meal was fantastic. It was nice and hot when I received it and the sides were nicely seasoned. The service was quick, restaurant and bathrooms was clean. The reason I gave only 3 stars was that several of the employees there were cutting up in the seating area in a booth where I was sitting and very loud and arguing with each other. This should not happen when you want to sit down and have a nice quiet time. The music playing was very loud also. I love to go to KFC but I think I will go to the drive threw from here on in as I love the food.

The food was great but the service left a lot of room for improvement. It took forever to get our food and the girl that took our order just didn't have it all together. I'll be back though.
