“This is a place we go to once a year (not that it has to be a yearly thing). And EVERY year we have had a fantastic experience. The food is ofcourse delicious, steaks cooked to the proper temperature and nothing is over salted. The staff is super helpful and very attentive. One of our highlights is a Waiter named Aaron. He really knows his stuff. Any questions we may have, he usually has already answered before we can even ask them. His character is quite refreshing, thank you Hyde Park for providing that experience. For the tea lovers: The tea here is good. I personally like the fact that they give you a little container of simple syrup to sweeten it(you can make it as sweet as you like).”

“If you don't know, you pick your flavour of ice cream and they mix in the toppings you choose. It's a little pricey but it's worth it, because it tastes amazing. This location is a little hard to find, Google maps says its on the opposite side of the road that its actually on. It's actually in with the shops under the pedestrian bridge.”

“This is great pizza, typically I don’t expect much from pizza places @ 130am. And I’m from up NY so I have a love relationship with NY style pizza however. With that being said this is one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. It’s so simple but all the components work great. The crust was perfect mix of doughy and crisp. The cheese was nice gooey, the topping was fresh the sauce was awesome literal perfect. This place checked all the boxes of what I want out of a pizza 10 Stars if I could”

About $13 for the dinner. it looks to be 1 leg quarter cut into 3 sections. at those prices I think they could be more generous with the protein. (leg quarters are .59/lb last time I checked). The other post are correct about customer service. It doesn't seem like they have any training or maybe its a language barrier. For example, I have been several times ,at their opening 10:30 am, and been told several times the food is not ready come back in a half hour. No apology, no discount for the inconvenience and sometimes I come back and its still not ready over an hour after the open. Bottom line: Good food. Expensive, poor service. I would probably eat here more if the prices were lower.”

Every vacation we come here and I have NEVER been disappointed at their service the quality of food or the prices for their food. This restaurant is a reason I always come to Daytona for a vacation because when all else fails on deciding where to go, Starlite Diner can ALWAYS be a last resort or a 1st option. “We only ate there for the free continental breakfast. It was better than most continental breakfasts. The selections consisted of yogurt, fresh cut fruit, bananas, cold assorted muffins, toast, bagels, English muffins (all plain), jellies, real butter, cream cheese, cereal, bran snack cakes, juices, water, and coffees. That was the free breakfast (well, included in the daily $15/room resort fee). You could order from the menu to get the usual hot breakfast foods.We didn't, and neither did anyone I saw, therefore I can't comment on this part of Atlantic Jack's.”

“Maybe the best kept secret in Daytona. The Holiday Inn's restaurant has great food in a fantastic beach atmosphere. Sit on the patio overlooking the pool and beach, or inside in slick, glossy fresh environment. Food is GREAT and the service was quick. BTW - I see a few reviews here concerning the manager/bartender being unfriendly. I don't think that's the case. It seemed to me that he isn't there to charm people or make new friends. He IS there to serve you quickly and efficiently, which he certainly does well. And when I complimented him on the place and the food he he was clearly happy to hear it and was quite gracious.”

“This place is incredible. Their homemade bread is so soft and flavorful, and if I were a smarter woman I would not have filled up on bread before getting the rest of my food. The soup of the day was beef and cabbage, which was super flavorful albeit a little salty. Dipping the bread into the soup was a fantastic combination. I ordered the tuna melt, which was delicious. The sandwich was overflowing with tuna and the fries were steak cut and had maybe a little hint of garlic. My friends also all enjoyed their meals (the yankee pot roast is also pictured), and we especially loved the stuffed bell peppers. The waitress (whose name I cannot remember, but she was so nice and really made our experience special) warned us that the bell peppers were big and we didn’t believe her. We were wrong. They were huge and also delicious. We are only here for a week, but I think we will definitely try and make it back before we leave. This diner is special and I’m glad I got to experience it!”

“Really love the fact that they offer a sugar free version! I rarely get to have treats like this. Especially trendy ones and so, for me, this place is a treasure! We first had this novelty in New York and to see it within walking distance of our house is unbelievable. Only wish they had more sugar free toppings available, although they do offer several fruits and nuts, as well.”
