The Half Wall Beer House - DeLand

Half Wall Beer House, DeLand, Fl has been my "go to place, where everybody knows you name" as the saying goes. Good food, drink, service, and patrons. The turkey sandwich with cranberry mayo is out of sight as is the Peanut Butter Burger. And don't forget the wings. Fun times for all.

Great atmosphere and plenty of beers to choose from! The sangrias are pretty good as well. I tried the fried pickle burger and it was so delicious. Calamari appetizer is a little small but was good. Would definitely recommend as a sit down lunch or dinner place.

We enjoyed a late lunch (3pm) and watched a soccer game. Given the time, I can't speak to efficiency during peak times, but service was as quick as would be expected. I had the Bacon Cheese burger with the Beer Onions. It was fantastic. Cooked to a true medium rare and plenty big. I choose their Irish Red from the huge selection of drafts and it was very tasty. Staff was friendly.

Headed over after a visit to the Stetson Mansion. Waiter was a great guy and very helpful. Food was delicious from our wings to our burgers. Some of the best food we had on our family vacation to Florida. Would definitely eat there again.
