(May 12, 2019, 4:10 am)First time eating soul food and these fine folks did not disappoint. Their food is unpretentious but should not be underestimated. I’d say it’s like grandmas cooking but we all know grandma didn’t make anything as good as this.

(April 23, 2019, 12:18 am)I ordered the crab and shrimp boil. The sausage, corn, and egg were good. The shrimp were perfectly cooked. I was very disappointed in the crab however... the insides were nothing but mush, in every crab. It was pretty gross.

(April 13, 2019, 12:37 am)We found the most incredible soul food in Orange City! From the moment you walk in the door til the minute you walk out- you are treated like you are family by this family owned and run restaurant! The food is good ole southern country cookin! Delicious!
When we left, we had full bellies and full hearts. It is definitely going to be a regular place for us. What a blessing to be able to cook like that and serve the Lord in that capacity! ????
