Forno Bello Wood Fired Pizza & Italian Cuisine

I had a pizza, and most of the flavors were great. The menu said that pizzas are "well done" due to how they are cooked. The crust would have tasted much better had they paid closer attention to cooking it. However, the charcoal taste of burnt crust detracted from the flavor of the rest of the pizza. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and all service was quick.
I may try it again, if I get back that way, but no guarantees.

Staple pizza and Italian restaurant in deland...this is one of the better pizza restaurants. The service is always attentive. The food comes out hot and fairly quick. I've never had bad service when we come. It's usually crowded but the wait times are short. Scanning the customers while they are eating and I've never seen an unhappy customer or food sent back. You're always greeted with a smile by at least 2 or more of the staff when you enter. And always spoken to when you leave. This is small town America!

We really enjoyed the food. Service was OK. The environment could be amazing. The flickering super white LED bulbs were detracting from our experience...borderline headache. We got to sit and see the wood fired oven which was a nice treat on a cold night. We will absolutely be back. Unique pizza... Good job!
