    Original style distinctive A frame marks the location of iconic pancakes and grill items. 55+ Menu is perfect for most older adults. The waitstaff was super in this location.

    I love it the workers cook some delicious food the ladies and guys there are so nice and they also remember everything I get each time. I basically grew up eating there it is very pleasant you should go it is nice.

    Was perfect. Finally found a place that knows what "eggs over easy" truely means and we never had to ask our server for anything because she was already prepared!

    Prior to the IHOP opening in Palm coast it had been awhile since I had dined in one. It was good. I am disabled and they sat me in a place were I was out of the way, which I liked. Service was slow but friendly.
