Great hamburgers. Hard to eat a whole one. I like the natural casing hot dogs. Typical roadside diner. They have lots of ice cream treats and homemade desserts. Hubby likes the breakfast ... He's a homegrown Florida boy. Also offer Blue Plate specials Monday thru Friday. Service varies.

My wife and I are visiting from Maine, and we love little diners and restaurants. We came to Jimmy Doodles with a friend who lives down here. She had heard of Jimmy Doodles but never been. We were put exploring and decided to stop in and give it a try!!
Boy, are we glad we did! Can't say enough good things! Ate there a couple of days ago. Jimmy went out of his way to make our meal exactly how we wanted it. The girls were very nice. Cool hangout with great home cooked style food.

A new experience because they opened in a building where we loved the previous restaurant. Food was delicious, hot & fresh.
The prices were very senior and family friendly ( BONUS ! ), They have added more in the way of air conditioning in the dining room it seems because it was very comfortable ! The covered patio on the side of the building is a WONDERFUL addition as well. The Service and wait staff EXCELLENT ! WE WILL return to enjoy more sampling of the new menu including the blue plate specials served Mon through Friday ! If you haven't tried them yet you are in for a real treat, I must say that we did truly miss the self serve salad bar, hopefully they will consider adding it back.
