Great locally owned restaurant serving traditional meals that your grandmother probably made. Very reasonably priced. If you go on the weekends be prepared for a bit of a wait but it's definitely worth it. The owners work there too and makes everyone feel like a V.I.P.
Nice down home country cooking. It was a relaxing meal time and the prime rib was delicious. My only issue was the mashed potatoes were instant. They replaced that side with a real baked potato which was so tasty.
Nice local diner. We always come here after church. The prices are fair and the service is fast. I love the way they cover the walls and tables with local advertisements... gives a community feel... not salesy.
I had biscuits and gravy while my wife had prime rib, green beans, and broccoli. The gravy was good, but the biscuits were not quite the way I like them. I think they may have been "home made", in any case I prefer them butterier.
I made sure to snag some of my wife's prime rib and veggies and I'm glad that I did. The meat was tender and DELICIOUS. According to her it was as good or better than Webber's. We think the green beans were made fresh and they did a good job with the broccoli. Neither of the veggies had been overcooked. Good job.
