Ruby Tuesday

We really enjoy the always fresh salad bar which never runs out of anything they seem to he on top of it at all times we only got the salad bar and the sliders they offer and I got s bowl of soup trust me it's more the enough!!!! My boy can eat and he left stuffed with the meal... the service was a little off due to being a Friday night and the place was packed so to be expected...

Went there tonight with a BOGO coupon and it was super crowded. The service was fantastic our waiter Jacob was excellent. He had a big section that had a party of 15 plus other tables and he effectively communicated to everyone that he would be a second getting their orders but made sure everyone was taken care of first. Our food came out hot and he was attentive to everyone. I was very impressed with his ability to stay calm and be kind to everyone and never missed a beet!

Server did an excellent job. Unfortunately I can't say the same about the kitchen. I ordered a medium steak, which should have been pink and warm in the center, plus a baked potato with butter on the side. I received a well done steak and a potato loaded with butter. The server took the meal to have a replacement made. I. Was told by the manager that she rejected the second steak as being too done. Once the third steak was finally delivered, it was cooked as I requested. However, by this time my dining companions had all finished their meals. The manager did take care of my meal.

Very good restaurant. Had meal here with family members while on holiday. Seated immediately by pleasant hostess. Our waitress was friendly, smiled easily and made our first visit a very good one. The salad bar is marvelous and many selections. All items here and our entrees were fresh, hot/cold and were very tasty. The prices were quite reasonable also. The restaurant was.tidy, washrooms were clean and supplied and staff were polite and efficient. Will definitely come again when back in the area.
