Blue Springs Brewing

I went there today February 12, 2020, the food was the best I’ve had in a really long time. The cook gets 5 stars as well. I recommend anyone in the area to check this place out!!! The server was awesome and very helpful when it came to picking a beer. It was a place to relax and have a great meal and a beer. ????????????????????

Just moved here from Minnesota where breweries where everywhere. I drove past this a few times a week and finally stopped. The place is huge the had a singer. Our server was Vicki and was very helpful with the beer menu and also the food selections. The Yolkster was the best burger I have had since leaving Minnesota! You will have to try the pretzel it is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and not overloaded with salt!! This place is great and I will be back again and again!!

Confusing. Labeled a brewery- but set up like a restaurant. Not the traditional vibe of casual spaces & beer focused layout. The brewery took over an Asian restaurant and much of the feel remains. Easy to see a lot of effort went into the place. There is a lot of local traffic, but it feels like they are settling. Good menu and the kitchen is huge and seems professional. Clean and well run. Drink prices are a bit of a gouge. Seems like there is room to grow.

Exactly what Orange City needed!!! Absolutely awesome establishment! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We have been there a few times now and continue to be impressed. The food and beer is amazing! My kids love the game room. I can’t wait to see what is yet to come. We will definitely be regulars here!

I’ve been to Blue Springs twice now and had quite a pleasant experience both times. I was immediately greeted when I walked in by the host and although it was busy we had no problem finding a table with a good view of the restaurant and the TVs. My sever was super friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable of the menu. The food came out hot, perfectly cooked, and in a timely manner. The second time I went I sat at the bar and enjoyed some great conversation with the bartender who turned me on to the cream ale that is brewed in house and tasted smooth and delicious! Next, I hit the game room and played some ski ball and various other arcade games. I will definitely be back soon! Great job guys, keep it up! ????????????????????????????????????????????????
