Panera Bread

The chicken tortellini alfredo was good. I also had the bacon mac n cheese. Both were good. I did not like the bread. It was hard. The lemonade was good.

Great place to get sandwich, soup, or salad. Their chocolate chip cookies when still warm are delish. We go there couple of times a month when we go out shopping and it's time for lunch.

This location needs to prepare their inventory much better for availability. Today was the second visit this week where bread bowls were not available. I called the location to assure they had them. They had 3 left. I tried to order over the phone, only to learn they are out of broccoli and cheddar soup. We decided to go in, and change our soup. Upon our arrival within minutes post phone call, they were out of bread bowls. Not only now were they out of bread bowls, but ANOTHER soup; chicken noodle. There is no excuse for a company of this stature to be completely out of key selling items. This is a popular location with people who patronize their business daily. The ordering manager may need to evaluate sales and assure they are properly prepared with food items every single day.

Beautiful experience and great customer service. The cashier was very informative, telling me what would be great vegetarian options. However my bread with my Autumn Squash soup was too hard. I expected soft bread or crisp toast. Good thing the soup was amazing! I'd go back just for the soup.
