Another great breakfast. Have been going here since they opened about two or three times a week for breakfast or lunch. Super fresh ingredients cooked exactly the way you request them great friendly service and some of the best soups I've ever had. Nina and Cheryl will make you feel like family on your first visit. Super casual and fun atmosphere but the variety of the menu is really nice and they serve breakfast from open to close

Delicious omelette hash browns and toast, great breakfast with view of the ocean.
Owners were very friendly, couldn't ask for any more...

Excellent service, our food was given to us quickly and we got our drinks almost immediately! Food was also very good. Highly recommend!

The food is amazing. The decor is so relaxing and beautiful. And most importantly the staff is so attentive. I never leave disappointed. I had the new Reuben it was delish.

Sun and Sand is a very pretty, small restaurant, nicely decorated in a beach theme. It was comfortable. The food is a bit above average which is why I gave them a 4 star rating. The waitress was not attentive to our coffee needing to be refilled.
