After Body Meals

I have them delivered every week and all meals have been amazing ?

This is the only take out place I've gone to during the pandemic. The meals are always high quality and taste great even though they're healthy. I work full time and am in grad school, so I hate wasting time cooking and cleaning up after. I love the different variety of cuisine so you don't have to know what you're in the mood for until you're ready to eat. You can just order different meals in advance and freeze them. The juice is great too--especially in the summer!

They even offer to send text notifications when your order is ready and offer curbside service. It's also in an easy-to-get-to location in South Daytona.

Love how this place makes my crazy, hectic life less stressful! Work, school, kids and all the extra stuff in between not having to worry about feeding myself is life saving!!

ABM is a dream come true for me!! Impeccably clean, unbeatable customer service, & by far the best option for eating within parameters.
I don't know where I would be in my struggle to get back on my feet without ABM.
