The line moved really fast and we were greeted by the very friendly voice over the speaker in no time. Before we knew it we were at the window with another friendly greeting, paid, and were on our way with our hot, fresh order within 30 seconds of reaching the window. Whatever Zaxbys is doing to get great staff, especially during a time when so many other places can’t even stay open for their advertised hours due to lack of staff, keep it up!”

“When I get delivery they never put the food on the table or chairs like we request. Instead it's always on the ground with bugs trying to get to it. I also have paid for extra sauces and don't get them. Last night my pizza didn't have sauce on it, I didn't get my extra sauces, and they put the food on the ground. We only use them because they deliver where we live.”
