The Melting Pot

I was on a vacation in Florida when I visited this restaurant. It was my first time trying out a concept like that. It was interesting.. Ordered a Land & Sea Fondue. It bad a variety of meats & seafood. They brought a pot that they put on the electric stove. Once the marinade was hot enough, we dipped put meats in it & let it cook before eating. It was a very different experience. Although I liked it but it's not comparable with fully cooked or grilled meats in the kitchen skillets. It was good for one time but not something that I'll eat out quite often; maybe once a year or 2. I also ordered Flaming Turtle dessert. Now that was off the chain!! I can go just for that to the restaurant, lol. They had free parking right outside the also restaurant.

Delicious! It was fun to cook our own food. The waiter was very professional and friendly. I asked for a drink that wasn't on the menu and the bartender came out and told me that she could make one similar and she did. It came out SO good. I thought that was really kind of her. Over-all great experience.

We had the most amazing experience! We did the Thursdate deal & had so much fun! Our waitress was so sweet & knowledgeable! Everything was so delicious & there was so much food!

If you like Fondue you will love this place. You can sit and take your time through your courses. A little pricey but is the experience too.
