Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

Celebrated our daughter’s 26th Birthday! We are new to Santa Rosa Beach but read the excellent reviews so decided to give Flemings Steakhouse a try for her big day. They did not disappoint! From start to finish we were treated like royalty! The delicious cocktails and Caesar salad, luscious steaks cooked to perfection, finishing with the Cream Brûlée and the best Key Lime pie we have ever had! Our waitress, Jenny, did an outstanding job making our dining experience to be best it could ever possibly be! Looking forward to the next birthday!

We had a last minute party of 14. Although the manager was not accommodating and very rude over the phone we eventually were able to get booked. She told us they were fully committed however the restaurant was empty from when we arrived which is why we were able to be sat. Aside from the rude manager the service was impeccable! Noam took great care of us. He was friendly, personable, and very attentive to the table and our needs. From refills to wine orders to adjusting the temperature in our room to fit our needs Noam was on it ! He knew what I wanted before I knew what I wanted. Whether you’re dining for two or a large party ASK FOR NOAM! Thanks Noam you’re the man! Thanks for your service !

If I could I'd give this place 7 stars, this place was mine and my wife's first experience and I couldn't have asked for a better experience If I tried!!! the staff was very friendly from as soon as we walked into the door until the time we walked out the door, they made us feel like we were royalty and important. There was one waiter that we had that made the experience all more better and his name was Reggie. And I highly recommend asking for him if you have the chance, but next time we come down to Florida, we will definitely be revisiting this place!!!😊

A great steakhouse. With a touch of Elegance and a sophisticated wine cellar. My wife and I had New York strip excellent piece of meat been a long time since I've had that quality of a steak anywhere.

The best meal I've had in a long time! The Chilean Sea Bass was perfect, very fresh and full of flavor. I ordered a blueberry lemon drop and they used blueberry puree so it has an amazing freshness with the right amount of sweet. And I know it sounds simple, but that cup of coffee was probably the best I've ever had. Can't wait to go back!
