Bistrology Breakfast & Brunch

We absolutely loved our meal at Bistrology! The food was excellent-delicious, artfully plated, quality ingredients! The ambiance is so cute, and the service was wonderful. This area needed this restaurant! Definitely recommend!

I am delighted to write this review after multiple visits to Bistrology in such a short span of time since their opening. The sheer creativity and artistry displayed in every dish and hand-crafted breakfast beverage leaves me in awe. What I have found is that any item on the menu is a masterpiece, meticulously prepared and flawlessly presented.

From the moment you enter the restaurant, you will be greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The waitstaff are attentive, knowledgeable, and eager to provide recommendations and answer any questions you may have. The team at Bistrology truly knows how to make breakfast or brunch an unforgettable experience.

Although they are not open yet for dinner service, I am excited to see the dishes that they unveil when that time comes.

This place is out of this world, all of their food is amazing! The server was attentive and all the staff was super sweet and friendly. We loved everything we ordered, we had the pork belly ceviche stuffed avocado, the Nutella French toast, the Diego rivera omelette and the Mexican gulf toast along with a ham and cheese croissant! One of the most beautifully decorated restaurants as well, the vibe is so chill and so beautifully put together! You can tell they put so much love and work into this place. If you’re around the area you should for sure check them out! 10/10 Nutella expressos!! I can’t say enough about this place.

I’ve been her for lunch 2 times in a row and everything has been great! Service was great, atmosphere was spectacular, and food was great! HUGE portion sizes. So much that you have a second meal. I’ve tried the Pork Truffle Mayo sandwich, iced Nutella coffee, Bacon and cheddar stuff croissant, limeade, and tiramisu. Their tiramisu was the best I ever had. The team at the restaurant really care, is proud of what they have create and they should be! I am so excited about this place.

I drove from Crestview to Miramar beach just to check out this place. Let me tell youuu! Hands down the best breakfast/brunch restaurant in the area. The atmosphere from the time you walk in is just amazing. Juliette and Henry, the owners made sure they stop by our table to make sure we were taken care of. David was amazing!!! He took the time to go over the menu and answered any question we had. David made sure our food was on time and our drinks were filled the whole time. The plates are HUGE for the price. We even had left over for dinner. Thats how much food there was on the plate. Another thing I enjoyed was the delicious coffee. The presentation was to die for. This is my new favorite place. We already have plans to take the drive again tomorrow if not next weekend for sure.
