    The wife made an online order via the app to this store. Unbeknownst to her the app rerouted the order to the other store in town. After waiting around 30m we showed the Mgr our predicament. They were SUPER busy but promptly made our order so we wouldn't need to trod further into town to grab food and drinks to kick off our drive back to Ohio. Dedicated to customer service.

    Update: past few times I have been here Starbucks had had better trained employees and appears to be making a turnaround

    Long time Starbucks customer. Not anymore. Mortified by service.

    Great customer service and fast drive thru! We had a big order of food & drinks two different days this week and not one item was missing. Great job!!!
