Vacasa

Excellent beachfront resort. It’s an older development but well maintained. The pool and hot tub are also excellent. The beach with it’s white sandy beaches is hard to beat. The cell phone service is spotty coverage and the home internet is slow but it’s better than a cruise ship. We flew in to town and didn’t rent a car.
There’s plenty of entertainment nearby so we were hardly in our room anyways. There is also plenty of shops and restaurants which are with in walking distance.
We rented the condo through Vacasa just want to give the Vacasa front desk a shout out for excellent customer service. I will be back.

We enjoyed our stay at High Pointe. Location was great & the view from the balcony was beautiful. Entrance security was great! Vacasa office staff was accommodating! Appreciated the elevator & carts in entrance to transport luggage etc. Recommendations: The ceiling fan in the front bedroom nearest to entrance did not work and was quite dusty & air did not circulate well in this room. We noticed 2 small roaches so pest extermination might be needed. Drape in master bedroom was broken & could not be closed fully. Hand soap at bathroom sinks, a few extra toiletries such as shampoo/soap/toilet paper-as we did run out before stay was complete, extra trash bags & hair dryer would have been appreciated.

The condo was so beautiful and clean. We had an amazing view of the beach and pool. The condo was well stocked with all the amenities we needed. The location was awesome as well. Plenty to do. Close to awesome restaurants and shopping. Would give it five 5+ stars if I could!!

High Pointe is the best place to stay in the Seacrest and Rosemary Beach area. It’s a beach front property. I previously stayed at The Pearl hotel In Rosemary Beach which was across the street from the beach. Plus Highpoint is a 2 bedroom full kitchen condo instead of a hotel room. The price was actually less than The Pearl. The other advantages of High Pointe is it is a gated property with security and has the only beach front restaurant.
