The first time we came, years ago, we were surprised to find valet parking, at a place called Slinky's! What a fabulous place this is!! The atmosphere is casual and warm and feels comfortable and welcoming. Nothing stuffy here! The bar is a great place to mingle and enjoy a cocktail while waiting, or dine at the bar. The Bloody Mary is the best I’ve ever had, with a little bit of everything! We’ve tried most everything on the menu. It’s all good. The shrimp over angel hair pasta is probably my favorite. The staff is always friendly. They have a nice gift shop next door!

Best oysters I’ve ever had in my life!! That soup was perfect every time. Their entire menu was flawless. We would go every week at-least two times a week. And one day they just shut down with no warning. Now I have to drive 10 hours to get to the one located in Santa Rosa beach, Florida. But that ten hour drive won’t stop me. This food is one of a kind. I will never stop loving oysters!!

My boyfriend and I came across this restaurant while finding something to do to pass time until our unit was available to check in. We really enjoyed our experience. The bartender was knowledgeable! We asked for recommendations and took them!! Glad we did, the food and drinks were delightful...but that wasn't the best part. We met another customer named Jeff and his service dog Ruckus...the bond was formed immediately. We noticed that he grabbed a piece of paper and pen and had hoped he was giving us his number to keep in touch, but what he did instead was unbelievable! I hope he sees this and we are able to keep in touch! And the good deed he did for us was paid forward to someone else! Thank you Jeff for your service! And for making the beginning of our vacation a memorial one!!

Now really, how could you possibly pass up eating at a place called Stinky's Fish Camp? With Stinky in the name, it HAS to be good to stay in business. It is way better than good and worth every bit of the hour we waited to be seated on a Monday night. We have been in the Florida Panhandle for 9 days now and have eaten grouper almost every day. Nobody has done it better and nobody has beat it for freshness. Finish up with the peanut butter-chocolate pie and you will have a meal you will not soon forget.

Worth the wait to try local. Fried grouper could have been served hotter but overall a very good meal. Loved the sidewinder fries. The shrimp in my husband's shrimp and grits were fantastic, very fresh. He loved the seafood and corn chowder. Our son had the kids' steak and the steak was delicious! Our server, Mitchell, took good care of us and kept our drinks refilled. Will definitely return our next trip!
