Had a pretty decent cheese burger on a toasted bun which was pretty good but couldn't get just plain ol'e crinkle cut fries so I had to get spicy ones. They'll cook your good sized 7oz or bigger burger the way you want it "but", you had better hit the bank before you go in. Just the 7oz cheese burger and fries was just shy of $17.00 + tip you're talking $20.00. Waitress was very nice and friendly but, unless you can afford 20 bucks on just a cheese burger & "spicy" fries without having a heart attack when the check comes, I'd definitely recommend going someplace else for lunch (they only serve breakfast and lunch & close a 2pm). Also, you can bring your service dog in with you so long as he/her is wearing their vest. Last word... be prepared to wait 20 minutes before your burger ever comes out to you.
Wife and I have ate here several times and never been disappointed. The burgers are big and cooked perfectly for us other food also very tasty. Only fault we find is the wife had fish a couple times and it’s not what she expected BUT with that said it’s tough to compete with fresh fish restaurants 30 mile south and closer to the coast. The owners are the friendliest people you could ever meet, she waits tables and he cooks. Definitely worth a stop if your in the area you won’t be disappointed.
I love me some BJ’s Grill. Not only are the owners and staff wonderful but just going in to sit down for lunch you feel like family. I absolutely love their cheese curds and burgers!!
My husband ordered a burger and fries and I ordered cheese curds and made the mistake of saying I was going to "share" my husband's burger. Our waitress said "there's a dollar share fee". I said nevermind, I'll just eat my cheese curds. Word of advice for a waitress....if your customers both order something separate and say they're going to share....don't automatically assume you need to charge a share fee... it's your discretion whether they get charged or not so use your brain. And yes I realize it's only a dollar but it's the principle of the matter. We bought $24 worth of food and your charging an extra dollar? Get real.
The burger was good, fries were good, cheese curds were good.....not super wonderful, best I've ever had....just good .
Excellent service. Excellent food. A little too pricey. 2 omelets with toast coffee and tip over 30 bucks.
