Better than hool chicken but not near or even close to Popeyes but they can't compare to churchs

One of the best KFC's we've visited in a while. The food was fresh and service was fast.

Everything was fine except they forgot to include silverware.
Also the employees were fighting with each other about 1 pm.
Kinda made me feel uncomfortable
For a bit but they were arguing about who worked the day before which is understandable..
Food was excellent with the right temperature, biscuits could have been softer.. 5 + for food
Customer service so so.. I give the five stars for working.. keep up the good work.

Very poor service. Ordered in drive thru and was told order had to be cooked. That's fine. Told 12 minutes. Heard orders placed behind me for same items, hot wings. I sat in 95 degree Temps for 25 minutes before order was ready. People who ordered behind me were served and sent on their way while I sat and waited. Not acceptable. The KFC has lost a customer.............
