I've been going here for many years. The restaurant is very old and really needs an upgrade. Its not a bright cheerful place anymore which would make your meal even better, it's dark and drabby. An upgrade would be wonderful. I would give it a 5 if the decor wasn't so drab.”

“Food was warm,fresh, and delicious. The fries were nice and crispy and so were the nuggets. HOWEVER, there was no sweet and sour sauce, in its place was tangy barbecue. Why would I want tangy barbecue sauce? Sweet and sour sauce is the highlight of a trip to Mcdonald’s for me so I was very disappointed, but the quality of the food made up for it.”

“The Ryan's that was closest to me closed down years ago so it had been forever since I had been to one. Seeing this one while on my way to the Tanger Outlets got me excited. I dropped by after finishing up shopping and was very happy with my experience. The two ladies that greeted me when I walked in were very nice and cracked jokes with me. The food on the bar was hot and looked/tasted fresh. I had forgot how much I enjoyed the food there! My server was also very nice and attentive. Would recommend this location and hope everyone has as pleasant of an experience as I did.”

“Shout-out to store manager Cameroon ( hope I got the name right). He was fantastic, went out of his way to help me out. I was trying to refill air in my car, but the machine was not working properly and I had no cash on me. Noticing me struggle the manager walks out walks all the way to Air Refill machines and figures out a way to force-on the machine to help me get my tires refilled. Very very friendly staff. Keep up the good work guys.”

“Wow! This place just re-opened after 8 weeks due to a flood. It has been completely remodel and they said the whole staff was retrained. It showed! Great service and the food was amazing. “Yes, I know it's just little burgers, but I love em. They are simple in what they are, the fries are actually quite tasty as well for fast food. I only wish we had these up in Virginia where we have neither Krystal or White Castle. The cooking process they use leaves the burgers and buns so hot and tasty. Certainly inexpensive as well as I believe the number one meal, which is for little Krystal burgers fries and a drink is like $6 and change.”

Burgers can use some seasoning on them but I’m from Louisiana, therefore nothing really has enough seasoning for me. Lol. This review is really for Hillary she was amazing, awesome, delightful, pleasant honestly I can go on & on about her customer service, but I think you guys get the picture. I have never been to a place that sells elk or buffalo burgers, so was really hesitant to order a burger. I was so afraid that I would in up with the wrong meat or that this was the only meat they have. Hillary took her time and explained to me that I had nothing to worry about and she would make sure that I would receive my food would be 100% correct. She went over and beyond to make sure me and my family was happy with our first Fuddruckers experience. We will definitely be returning. Hats off to Hillary. Thank you.”

“Service was a little on the slow side. When the waitress brought my food it was missing the fried onions. When I asked about it she had not looked to make sure the food was right before she brought it to the table. Then I had to wait for onions to be cooked. I was happy to wait just really struck me that the waitress was not on her game. The server should always look at the plate to make sure all is right. And expecting the customer to over look it is wrong. Other than that food was great. Just sorry service Would have left a 20% tip but she bad service left $5.23 on a $32 check. If she only did the job right she may have gotten more.”
