IHOP

James was my server for my lunch hour. He was very polite and he knew what he was doing. I ate the best sliders and Belgium waffles I have ever had in years. I tried every syrup combo available and I have come to the conclusion that the pecan butter syrup tastes remarkable with the Belgium waffles. I hope Ihop keeps making great waffles.

The night staff deserves 5+++, I'm not trying to be picky but managed to completely forget that one of the two high schools in the country had graduation until 9ish. I think there were two servers and two cooks at best. Again, the staff did a fantastic job considering what they were given.

Huge shout out to Barry at IHOP in Bethlehem! My sister and I just had breakfast there and he was awesome. Not only was he very polite and attentive, but he also surprised us with a military discount (my sister is an Air Force pilot) without us asking. Great experience, would definitely go back and request him again!

Food was good. Service was great. The cake pancakes are super sweet so I was her icing on the side. This was our first time here and we'll be back.

The team there tonight really killed it! I know they weren't expecting a huge crowd since they didn't know about graduation, but they sat us quickly, kept up with refills, and the food all came out correct! Great job ladies!!
