Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

We've eaten here a few times and always leave saying "never again". This time I think we mean it. I repeated my order three times and still got the wrong thing. What's so hard about a two piece thigh and leg meal with Mac and cheese and slaw? I got mashed potatoes instead which had the Sausage gravy on it. My husband's chicken thigh wasn't cooked done and still had blood in it. The cashier didn't give me change so I had to go back to the register to get it. This Bojangles always seems so dirty. The tables are never cleaned so you have to find the least dirty table to sit at. Never again and I mean it this time.

I feel so bad. I have missed out on their awesome chicken for 20 years. I thought it was spicy but its not. It is perfect. And not spicy! Grab some tonight for a quick dinner or on weekends for events.

Great food for pretty low cost. The staff can be a little slow but overall it's a great choice for a fast, tasty meal.

They were kinda slow but not to the point of frustration. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious so this definitely made up for the few extra wait time minutes. I usually do not eat chicken but I tore this up! They forgot my dipping sauce, and plastic forks. Still give 5 stars.
