Domino's Pizza

(update: received credit on account, manager called, service has been great since)

Placed an order online, they marked order as finished and ready for pickup. When I came instore 20mins after that, they told me it wasn't ready and I had to wait nearly an extra hour.

If the wait is long, just tell me so I don't sit in your parking lot for an hour burning gas and wasting time.

To *top* it all off - the pizza wasn't made properly and was missing some topping I paid extra for.

Domino's Pizza is in the top 2 best pizza restaurants in town!! Reasonable prices on pizza pasta's sandwiches & wings. Also great deals on said products mentioned prior!

I give it a 3 star for 2 reasons. Fix #2 and it would easily be 5 star.
#1 Best pizza in Cartersville. I'm not usually a Domino's fan but this specific location is amazing.
#2 If ordering online or through the app make sure to give them 5-10 mintues extra after they say it's ready. I guess they click it as ready so corporate thinks they're quicker than they are. Very frustrating when you use the app and still have to sit and wait after being told it's ready.

I ordered 3 large pizza's! I picked up! U have a guy name Bobby that works there! He is a great guy! Take care of him! Good help is hard to find! He is a diamond in the rough! Thanks for your kindness

They have their ups a downs.. delivery can be quick.. sometimes can be slow.. as expected from a pizza place. One thing that stood out to me though was one night we decided to go pick it up figuring it would be quicker. After watching the tracker and it saying our pizza was ready we headed to the store which is about ten minutes away. When we got there they said the pizza was gonna be a few minutes longer.. after about 20-25 minutes we finally received our order. I don’t normally complain but If the pizza isn’t ready.. then don’t say it is on the tracker! It was pretty frustrating. Other than that, great place, nice people and great pizza.
