Jefferson's Restaurant of Cartersville

We love Jefferson's! It's a great spot to grab a bite to eat and a beer. I have always had wonderful service and we love to eat at the downstairs bar when it is open.

My husband loves to bring me and the lil one here. We have a "booth" we always sit at if not occupied. The food is always delicious. Service is great and prompt. And the wall art is a plus. The prices are good for the quality of food, service, and environment.

Rachel is an outstanding server! Came here from Raleigh and she is great! Very attentive, and a great personality. Food was superb as well, I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town!

Service is always amazing, great atmosphere, excellent food. Their ultimate cheese fries are the best and I order them to-go more than i would like to admit. The only complaint I have is the wings are really swimming in sauce, even when I've asked for light sauce, so i always order my sauce on the side now. Otherwise everything is great!! Love this place!

I've been to Jefferson's several times and have always enjoyed the food. I've mainly stuck with burgers or other sandwiches and they've been delicious. The service had always been great as well, and the restaurant is very clean. About two weeks ago I had a not so great experience. My husband was upset about it and left a review on here reflecting that. Within an hour of the review being left the store manager, Lee, responded and requested we contact him via his email. We did. We discussed the issue and Lee was as nice as he could be. He agreed a mistake had been made and invited us to come back so he could make it right. We took him up on that today and ended up having a wonderful lunch. We even got to meet Lee when he came out to say hello. I really appreciate the invitation to come back, and the overture to make up for the previous oversite. Customer satisfaction is important to Jefferson's so you know you'll be treated right...and you'll enjoy a great meal along with that great service. Don't hesitate to stop in.
