    The food is fresh, tastes great huge portions, great staff and good prices.

    Inside Cox is fabulous in its simplicity (also not dirty). You just walk in and get in line. I imagine this is what it would feel like to be at family reunion in the Deep South. There was potato salad, deviled eggs, talk about tomorrow's catfish, beef tips, rice, beans, fried pork, corn bread, spaghetti, thick toast, homemade biscuits, broccoli casserole

    wow the plates are huge with food. ! Mine was really good but couldn't finish it. I'm not sure about the sour cream AND feta on top for me. I like both but not really together. Sort of made me taste like the sour cream was off...lol. I'm sure it wasn't tho. So I just scooped most of it to the side. The fresh toast was awesome!!

    The staff is always friendly here. Their fried chicken, so good. And they are the only place in Macon that has fried corn bread. Not a hoe cake, fried corn bread. The cabbage could have used a bit more flavor. It could seem a bit sketchy at first but the food is worth it.
