Grow fresh local food

Spent a weekend visiting in Macon. Met up with friends and family for some home style healthy food. Grow did not disappoint. Great selection of veggies, salads and chicken.

Why did I wait this long to try Grow? Wasted youth.
Be a grown up and eat at Grow. The Soul and Stir it up Bowl are fantastic. Ask for extra pico if you're a fan of salsa.

Fantastic service and even better fresh food. Perfect sized menu for a variety of fresh options cooked to order. It does seem to be quite busy for lunch, so expect a small wait, but rest assured that it's well worth it. The prices are great for the portion sizes and knowing that you're helping many local businesses at once. Would highly recommend visiting and getting an appetizer as well!

I've dined in for lunch a few times and the food was fantastic. I've tired the salmon salad and everything was on point. Good portions and great taste. Will definitely go back again.

Restaurant Quality @ Lunch via Drive-Thru! I devoured the "Keto Salmon Bowl"! 7oz Salmon Fillet, hard boiled egg, Veggie Melody on a bed of Spinach leaves with lemon and a generous side of Avocado for $10.50! I am pleased with the quality of ingredients, flavor, convenience and cost. I'm looking forward to my next visit. Easy on the waistline❤ I am thankful Macon finally has a healthy bistro!
