    Food was DELICIOUS! Ordered 4 different sushi rolls and neither one disappointed. Even in the midst of what I'm sure is chaos with social distancing, tons of go orders, impatient customers, etc. the customer service was commendable. I've visited other sushi places in Macon and this by far was the best. Health score is also higher than other places in Macon. Keep it up Mikata! I'll definitely be back as long as the quality and customer service remain the same. (SN: Couldn't take any pics of the food because the presentation made me so excited to eat it!)

    Mikata’s Japanese Steakhouse is my favorite place to eat in Macon, Georgia. Every year as a child growing up, I would eat here for my birthdays, and it was always a special time for me. Everything at Mikata’s - from their wonderful soups and salads to their Incredible hibachi meals are mouth watering. My favorite thing about this restaurant is their yum yum sauce and their house salad dressing which are both to die for. The sushi rolls are also incredible. Crab Rangoon Roll is my favorite. I am and always will be a life long fan of this place and thank you Mikata’s for serving this area for as long as you have been with amazing food and service.

    Every thing was great! sushi was fresh, steak melted in my mouth, & server was very nice & understanding!

    My son and I stopped in on our way through the city. Can't comment on Hibachi but the sushi was the best I've ever had, and I've had a lot of it! My son had the crab Rangoon Roll and I had the Lobster Roll and drank the Mikata punch. Fast, friendly service and prices are more than fair. Flavor was amazing and it was made right in front of us as we waited at the sushi bar. Wish it was closer to where we live. Would recommend to anyone!

    Great food!! We had a nice waitress (Lisa) and she treated us great. Not to mention the atmosphere was friendly. The food was great! And we got seated instantly
