(April 27, 2018, 5:05 pm)The restaurant is new, so they are growing into it, but the food was absolutely delicious. We have tried the New Orleans Dirty Rice, the Cajun Salmon and the Basil Cream Alfredo with chicken. You can tell their chef is well trained in the culinary arts as all the flavors melded together perfectly and the textures were perfect.
