Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Ate here today with my husband. We ordered an appetizer which was very much overdone, looked nothing like the picture, and was so hard that I could hardly cut into it with my knife. And these were noodles. ???? The shrimp Alfredo I ate had a good amount of shrimp, but the sauce was not Alfredo sauce. We asked our waitress about it and she said it was Alfredo sauce, but I get Alfredo almost every time I go to an Olive Garden and it was nothing like it usually looks like or tastes like. Did not taste at all like Alfredo sauce but still was decently good, other than all of the little clumps in it. Our waitress was nice, even though we got the impression she must be newer from some of the things she said... My husband and I definitely won't be coming back to this specific Olive Garden.

Update: Olive Garden contacted me about my experience at this restaurant and they were so kind and humble and tried their best to make things right so I wanted to change my review to say that I appreciated it so much. And to say that we will try this restaurant again when we visit because of the way they handled things so well. Not all customer service is good, in fact a lot of places have terrible customer service so I am thankful that this place reaches out to their customers and desires to make things right. Changing my 1 star to a 4 star on this review.

Enjoyed the attitude of our server. Food was hot, good and it arrived quickly. Evening atmosphere was peaceful. Am glad that the restaurant moved from old location to present one, which is surrounded by an updated and vibrant outdoor mall. Experience made it easy to leave a nice tip.

My Birthday celebration. My daughter treated me to an Awesome dinner. Tour of Italy with salad. The customer service was good.

Great food, excellent customer service and great price. I had the lunch special 5.99 all you can eat soup. Salad and bread!
