There was only one man working, the soda machine was out of order and the floor was sticky.

BUT THERE WAS ONLY ONE MAN WORKING AND HE MADE IT A 5 STAR EXPERIENCE!!!

I wish I knew his name but either way I am here to say that I have never had such a nice experience at a restaurant. This gentleman cared about his work, he cared about how the food looked (didn't just throw the meat on the bread) and he cares about if we were 100% happy or not.
He goes above and beyond. We asked for the southwest chipotle sauce, but we were told that" it didn't come in on the truck", was that all he said... NO unlike any other restaurant he said try this.. he mixed 2 sauces and made something even better for me and my boyfriend, he went onto say he knew it would make people unhappy they didn't have the sauce, so he wanted to make an alternative that's someone who takes pride in his work.

So yes the floors needed to be mopped and there should have been 2 more people working, but for one man to run the show alone with a line that never had less than 4 people in it most the time it was out the door, he did one heck of an amazing job no one person left who wasn't smiling.

I just want everyone to know including the owner and people higher kn the company they have one amazing, hardworking man!!! This was our first time at this location but will not be out last !!! Thank you to the unknown man who worked on 8-11-19 Sunday evening you did such a great job!!!

The guy today had a wonderful personality, pleasant voice when I arrived, asked me what I ordered repeated back my order back to me correctly. This was a pleasant experience and great customer service. My order was correct and I didnt have a long wait time. The lady who is usually there during lunch is wonderful too. Thank yall!

Got some Subway tonight and it was Delicious! Smokey, the guy who made the sandwiches did a great job! He was Very Nice!

This is the best Subway hands down. Great employees great fresh food. A very good place any time. Lunch or dinner
