I like you guys but there was what looked like metal from a Brillo pad on the bottom of my sandwich half baked in. It was little but enough that if swallowed could have done some damage to something...I usually eat things without fully inspecting it but this time I didn’t. I won’t give you 1 star because of all the times you did great. Which was for years!!!! I have no idea what that was but I even called twice to try to tell you all about the incident and no one picked up and there is no voicemail available. I hope this was an isolated event and also hope you all will see this review and figure out how that was even possible before someone ends up across the street.

Other than that great service, even when really busy.

I visit the shop at noon today. It's a very nice place to eat in peace. Great tones also!

I just want to say that today was a treat that can’t be beat. I walked in super hungry and shocked (not Really) on how many people was in line at 12pm for lunch. I want to give the staff at this location 10 stars because the amount of professionalism displayed today was impressive. Three things happened. One they got the line down expeditiously and with no pauses or delays. Two, they did it with a smile and you can tell they appreciate where they work. Three, they gave individual attention to each guest while simultaneously working as a team in an efficient manner. I have never seen this in any restaurant establishment ever. I want to say thank you to who trained them, created that organizational culture, and the staff for just being so high spirited. This experience was a great example how team work, makes the dream work and high performing employees need raises. I’m proud to see this in Macon and I don’t eat at Subway often but when I do I’m coming back there. Thank you for the black girl magic!!
