Good food, good prices, but sometimes they will let you stand there in plain view for a while before acknowledging you and taking your order. NOT a fast-food restaurant. Clean enough inside but needs a refreshing, repainting, remodeling. Never visited the restroom yet, so no idea about that. Gave it 4 stars because the ice cream treats are good and the 5 buck lunch is an affordable meal.
