Hot-Spot Pizza Kitchen

Wow! Just wow! So far we have had this place 3 times. Honestly I wanted to make sure it was the same everytime and it sure was. The regular cheese pizza is the best pizza I’ve had since leaving NY. We have gotten that every time but have also tried a meatball pie, garlic knots, Stromboli and calzone. All were great! But the cheese pizza was phenomenal! Crust cooked perfectly everytime!

Best pizza in Pembroke! Clean restaurant with friendly staff. Pizza was off the chain great! The s’mores pizza is addicting and will drive you nuts on the Drive home with that toasted marshmallow smell. We got the meat lovers and a supreme.

Finally a restaurant of quality in Pembroke. While it is easy to blow the other places out of the water here, the pizza is actually really good on its own merit. An extra large meat lover's provided more than enough to warrant 5 stars. Being a new restaurant, it is hard to perfect everything this soon, so the dessert s'mores pizza could use some touching. I suggest adding more fluff to the crust, as the thin, rough texture of the slices detract from the overall excellent combination of tastes. I hope to see this business thrive in this lackluster town.

I was passing through the town and I decided to stop here for some pizza. I was super pleasantly surprised! It was absolutely delicious and really hit the spot. I got the cheesy bread and a large half cheese and half pepperoni pizza. The crust and cheese were very high quality, and the sauce was nice and tomatoey but not overpowering. I wish we had some pizza like this up near Augusta!

Phenomenal pizza! We ordered the Alfredo chicken & bacon with spinach and tomatoes along with a Stromboli and some delicious cheese bread. We love Alfredo pizza and I can honestly say that this is now our favorite! The cheese bread was amazing! Not just topped, but stuffed with cheese. I’m also a stickler for good tomato sauce and their tomato dipping sauce was delicious. Highly recommend!
