Gave it 4 stars, as their has always been something wrong or going on, as far as scheduling maybe, since they opened the doors! Keep in mind this is not a complaint, it seens as if there is only 1 person working all the time! And these staff members always seem to have a willingness to help, take our order, prepare our food, and serve us the food! Apologizing for any inconvenience, and all with huge smiles on their faces, that could be seen through the phone! And ar this point I’d wait as long as it takes, while forgetting the inconvenience! And the food is always hot, and correct! We were just in there this morning at 8:28 am ob 3/23/23, And the young lady naned Jennifer, she was alone, smiling, taking orders, preparing food, and handing the food out! And honestly I have been in fast food joints with full crews and it took way longer then this to get our orders! I walked in the restaurant this morning, immediately assessed the situation, by paying attention to you had what in their hands for people had receipts in their hands one guy standing for the cash register, so I got behind him, he passed at one man, his food called another man to get his food, then, to the man in front of his order, then she took my order, she didn’t handed me my receipt, and my two bottles of orange juice! I told her that I was running to my truck outside, when I did that I gave my two orange juices to the person that was waiting in my car Turned around and looked back through the window of the restaurant. The man that she took his order in front of me was walking past with his food! I then ran back into the store, went to the pick up counter, about 30 seconds later, the young lady walked over to me with my bag of food! And she handed me my food. I briefly reached out to her and told her I needed to know what her name was please! I haven’t said it’s because you are amazing, and I appreciated her service! She didn’t tell me her name was Jennifer, and I then said young lady you have a beautiful day! Left the building got in my car and we drove away! This young lady must’ve been some sort of magician! I truly hope this doesn’t go to those up in higher management only I would love for Jennifer at that location, 2930 Highway 301 S. Register Ga. to see this please!
One could have easily thought possibly she was the owner, and she was bound and determined that the restaurant was not going to suffer!
