Taco Bell

The line is usually long but I always receive fresh hot food. I have not had any problems with receiving incorrect orders

Usually, this place is pretty good in price and staff. However, lately it has not been pleasant staff wise! Nor the website/app for Taco Bell. Recent incident that happened is when me and my two teenagers went to get our free t-mobile tacos as usual. Them going inside as I went through the drive thru. First, all the staff seemed to have attitude and not wanting to do anything once there. Then, they tried arguing with my oldest who already placed the order online that there was no order. Finally, they said with a sigh and attitude they will give him "what he wants." Also, note the app rarely works! When it was my turn I followed directions and went to the window (as i have been with no issue in past) and asked for my order. I was given attitude to not do that again and say it at the order menu site. Then, I find mine wasn't ready either. I get it and once home find it was not the correct order! Didn't go back due to all the attitudes from when we were there so I tried to file complaint on the official site. There site says that restaurant doesn't exist! So, no complaint could be made. These workers were so rude I thought they'd spit in my food in the future or then, if I went to the supervisor so guess no complaining to anyone for me. I will try them 1 more time tomorrow...everyone makes mistakes and has bad days...prices are still awesome and when food is made it usually is great as well so I give it 3 stars!

Love the chalupa box! Pretty decent value menu. Although there was a sign on door about happy hour all weekend long and regular freezes was not happy hour price....

I always love Taco Bell!! I get the cheesy potato burrito. Y'all should try it. They have a variety of things I enjoy. Def worth a try. Can be busy at times but food is fresh!
