Delicious! Great service. Enjoyed my steak very much. Good variety of food choices. Clean and pleasant environment.

During my visit my son’s “kids sirloin steak” was not well done as I’d asked for. I let my waiter know but didn’t request anything in return. When I looked up the manager Amy was at my table asking about the situation. I explained that I was very happy w/ my waiter and I didn’t actually ask to speak to her. She really wanted to make things right. Because I didn’t want to replace the steak she looked at my table and asked if there was anything that I wanted more of. To my delight not only did she take his kids meal off the bill but she gave me a refill of my beverage. I’m a very satisfied customer. This is what customer service is all about.

Outstanding server making sure that I had everything I needed. But she did not stop there numerous times she checked on me. Very friendly positive attitude. She went that extra mile.

I have always liked longhorn and they never disappoint. Service is great, food is great and the location is extremely easy to get to. If you want a meal to leave you full, stop in an get a perfectly cooked steak.
