My husband and I recently went to Salt.Pepper.Thyme for my birthday and the food and wine was delicious, the waitress was polite and attentive, and the chef came out and chatted with us for a bit after making our delicious appetizers and dinner. You can tell they care about the customers’ experience because they thought of everything down to the tiniest of details. Go right now and get yourself a chocolate croissant from Paris (I am not kidding!). We will absolutely be making Salt.Pepper.Thyme the restaurant we go to on our rare date nights.

This is a fantastic gem of a restaurant in downtown Kingsland. Tonight, we dined on scallops, shrimp and blue crab. It was superb.

This is the first time we have been back since the remodel. The cozy atmosphere is outstanding, and the staff are amazing.

Do yourself a favor and stop in for a dining experience you won't forget. Make reservations. You don't want to miss out.

Tonight was our first time trying Salt.Pepper.Thyme. The staff was very accommodating even though we didn't have a reservation. Chef Johns visited out table before our dining service and then came to check with us after.

I ordered the crab cake. It was amazing! It was full of lump crab and the flavor was great. I loved the jasmine rice that came with it, it had the most subtle coconut flavor. Of course the brussel sprouts that came with it were my favorite.

My husband had the beef wellington. He really enjoyed it. The portion size was perfect. The demiglace and mashed potatoes were so flavorful.

We can't wait to come back and especially try lunch!

Had the most incredible, scratch-made lunch. Owner/chef is inspired and so friendly. We loved it. 5 minutes off 95.
