    Love Zaxbys. Stopped at this location traveling back from Atlanta. Food was good. Service was good. Cashier was super friendly. But like the customer review from 3 days ago said, it was so cold we had to take our food to the car to eat. Felt sorry for the cashier as you could tell she was freezing.

    Food was good and service was good. Got here at 1130 on Monday and the place was so cold we had to eat in the car. I think the AC was stuck on. It looked like the thermostats were ripped out of the wall. The owner needs to step up their game and fix this.

    I cannot afford to eat here but maybe once or twice a year but they have great food, nice employees and a decent serve time. Their club sandwich, sliders and salads are awesome. My only complaint is they need to bring back the fried pickles.

    By far one of the best Zaxbys in West Ga, I frequent with place and rarely have any issues that are within the control of the workers here. Lived in the area for almost 2 years now and have always received excellent service. Feel free to stop by, don’t take my word for it.
