(October 8, 2019, 11:23 am)The staff were very polite and helpful and went out of there way to make sure that we were satisfied as customers. But beyond that our granddaughter left her phone in the restroom and they retrieved it and held on to it till we came back! Amazing and honest group of staff!!!

Showers are in need of modernization, as they are not up to standards of other pilots, but staff maintains them the best they are able to. In shoutterm, bolts for the inside of the doors should be installed.
