Pizza Hut

Good food. Pizza was done had to wait on breadsticks. Pick up order

Very clean and they got my order right. They were really nice! Villa Rica will always be my number one pizza hut !

Last night I ordered a medium pizza, pasta with the breadsticks upgraded to Cheese sticks and a Browie, the pizza the pasta in the Cheese sticks were in front of me within 20 minutes, fresh & hot I don't know if they were good because by the time I gor to eat them of course they were cold. The lady taking the order was extremely pleasant and personable she placed the order appropriately and after telling the cook to please fix the brownie 3 times that I personally know of she went to the window and on the for time says the lady has been waiting patiently and need you to fix the brownie now. While I waited another hour after my pizza and pasta was placed in front of me before I got the brownie the pizza was cold the pasta was cold and I asked for garlic butter to add some flavor to my now cold pizza to make it palatable and was told there would be a charge for that????!! Really!!! In all honesty when you make a customer white and hour for a brownie I would expect you make the situation right not by trying to charge them for a garlic butter, but by discounting the order that they waited such an inappropriate amount of time for. Granted I did get the garlic butter for free after being told, "I guess this time I can let you have it even though they're supposed to be a charge", by the boy that had been cooking. So I have a $35 tab, cold food, a hot brownie, and now very little of an appetite thank you so much.

Get it to go! The food was hot and fresh when we got it. Service sucked! I give 3 stars because of the food quality. Sorry we went inside. She truly acted as if we were a bother.
