Awesome Service and attention to Me as I placed My Order. Also Very Professional making sure They had My Order correct before putting into The Kiosks!!!!

A new location on Battlefield PKWY. Been open a while now so been dying to go.
Haven't been to a Five Guys in many years, not since Jacksonville, FL. Was a regular there!
Was so glad to see this being built close to me.
Great burgers, huge, and the best fries on earth!
Never was really inexpensive and prices higher now. But everything is,great and always cooked to order everytime!
Love it!

Things that can be worked on:

1.Touching windows with gloves on then touching food.
2. Not washing hands between glove changes.
3. Several employees wiping face with back of hands and arms with gloves on.
4. Goofing behind counter near fry vat.
5. Hamburger bun was slightly hard and smashed/burger was put together sloppy.

Things that were great despite being busy:

1. Food was hot and fresh and tasted good.
2. Customer service was very accommodating.
3. Store Cleanliness was almost impeccable.

Will give it a while and then check back.

Newly opened in Fort Ogolthorpe GA. The staff was still learning the ropes but was friendly and dedicated to getting the orders right. The first day the crowds were packed in. Despite that, they made only one small mistake on my large order and they fixed that one quickly and with a smile. The food was the level I expect from a Five Guys and myself and my family will definitely be returning soon to dine here.
