IHOP

After our book fair. Me and my grandbaby wanted some waffle and pancakes. So we decided on IHOP. I really enjoyed my waffle. The place was nice and clean. The only thing was I end up having 2 waitress to wait on us. I have a feeling that they were disagreeing on who get's my table. So, since I had both of the waitress to wait on us. I end up tipping both of them. I gave $8 tips and told them to split the tip in half on a $20 tab. I hope that solves the issues. I will be coming back again soon.. already craving the waffle... yummy!!!

The restaurant itself was exceptionally clean. The bathrooms were spotless and it was very welcoming. My waitress Erica was prompt, professional and very friendly. My food came out perfectly cooked and exactly as I ordered it. This was early in the morning around 8 and there were very few people in there so this might have had something to do with the prompt service and the exceptional food but my experience was very good. The only reason I gave them a four-star was because of the pricing, the pricing was a little high. My plate consisted of scrambled eggs, two link sausages, two pieces of bacon, a 3in by 4in square of hash browns, two pancakes and two teeny tiny 2-inch by 1 1/2inch triangles of ham and it was $9.99 plus tax. When I could have went down the road and had the same breakfast at Steak and Shake for only $7.49. I think it would have been just as well to go to Steak and Shake and have the same breakfast for less money.

Late night waitress was awesome. Constant refills on teas, super friendly, inviting. All the food was cooked so fresh and juicy. Loved it!

We'd avoided this location for about 6 years prior to our latest visit. We were over charged 6 years ago, and stopped going here. They had their 1958 nostalgia special for breakfast on this visit. This time was different. This time they did everything correctly. The price was right. The food was fantastic. The service was impressive. We'll go back!
