McDonald's

Last time I went to this establishment it was a horrible experience! So bad that I stayed away for several months. The place was filthy and I stood there for 20 minutes and no one was taking orders. There were several others waiting also. I finally told someone else waiting that life was to short for this and walked out. Today I thought I would try it again. The difference was like night and day. The manager took my order the moment I stepped up. It was clean even though they are doing some renovations. This was at the Fort Oglethorpe store.

This McDonald's is a mess. There seems to be a lot of confusion and lack of communication. Some employees have been polite and smiling while dealing with customers, and some moody and clearly could tell they did not want to help you with your order. The employee's are constantly talking about their personal dramas right in front of customer's and fellow employees without any concern of how it looks and the affects it has on those around them. No verbal filter for some of them, even around children that are present. Tables and seats are constantly dirty so everytime I have gone there I have to clean my own seat and table.

#Outstanding food and service. I like this McDonald's because the food is always fresh and hot. This restaurant is my grandson Mikey's favorite location. The shop is always clean and the staff is always courteous and friendly. I really enjoy some of the new menu items.

Hey, it's McDonald's.... So what's with the 5-star rating?? So I stop by this store perhaps 1-2 times/month for some breakfast on the way out of town for business trips. The food is what is to be expected, right? However, the reason for the 5-stars is that each time I visit, the service and friendliness is noticeably better than most other McDonald's. It may have something to do with the fact it is right next door to the perpetually busy Chick-fil-A, but nonetheless, I have to say it is appreciated.
