It absolutely destroys my stomach when I eat here. Yet I still do. The food is too good. The staff is paid minimum wage and that is reflected in how they go about their work. Still, the food is good.
I came in there yesterday it was a employee name tay . He seen me looking at him he ask if I need help I asked for my meal to be fixed he did it with no problem he also brought the food to me and played with my two daughters what a sweet young man! The reason it’s not a 5 star the sweet tea had a very sour taste
Always good service here. And, so refreshing to see team members cleaning the drink stations, condiment line, counters, and doors. Good job! They got a bell ring for that. ☺
Some of the nicest servers I have met if the fast food industry. The seemed to really like their job and did it very well. I had the cheddar melt with brisket and bacon. Triple yum. The curly fries are always delicious, and while I crave the Jamoca milkshake, it simply has too much sugar for me.
We are regulars with Arby’s and go to this one all the time. You have a 50/50 chance of them getting your order completely right and if they ask you if you want sauce and you tell them yes and the kinds you want there is a 90% chance that you’re not gonna get the sauce anyways so what’s the point of them asking. So disappointing. There has also been a couple of occasions that they gave us smalls instead of mediums.
