Logan was an excellent ambassador for the brand and provided great service. The food was fresh, great tasting and plentiful. The ambiance was laid back and the restaurant was extremely clean. Loved my experience and will be returning with my entourage.
I visited this restaurant because my pedicurist recommended it. The staff (I think it’s run by the owners/family?) are incredibly sweet - I was asking about different items on the menu and they very patiently described everything and recommended things based on my preferences. It seemed like everyone was happy to be working there. The food is incredible - can’t recommend the teas enough either. Ponko chicken is a hidden gem that should be visited more - give this sweet family/staff the support they deserve !
Reasonably priced. All around good food and great environment. I haven’t had anything from Ponko Chicken that I didn’t like. The management and staff are very helpful and recommend really good food. I love coming here to relax and eat either alone or with my family.
I have eaten here three times now. The food is always fresh and delicious. It is definitely a place to step out of the ordinary. A time to try different things. The staff is patient and knowledgeable. The location is clean and comfortable. They play great music. A great place to stop in and chill. Or take it to go. The prices are reasonable. I highly recommend trying it at least once.
I have never had a bad experience here. The food is excellent and employees are extremely nice pleasant. I just picked up food and the nicest guy Shaun was behind the counter. A great attitude goes a long way with me, and this guy was all positivity. If you haven’t tried ponkos, check it out!
